Dashnode
An AI platform that reads a CAD file and returns cost, cycle time, and manufacturability in seconds.
The new brand our internal costing engine, ACE (2022), grew into — we rebranded and refocused the whole company around it. Taught me how hard, and how valuable, it is to make something people can pick up and use in an industry that lives in complex tools.
ACE — the Automated Costing Engine
The first version of CAD-to-cost, built at Kkonnect.io / Karkhana.
Where the whole Dashnode idea started: upload a CAD file, get a cost in seconds.
ERPNext rollout at Karkhana.io
The company's first ERP — we moved off Basecamp onto ERPNext and rebuilt how we ran around a data-driven approach (Nov 2021).
Four months of trial and error — eight installations, 379 customisations, late-night debates over the smallest features — until the process flow fit how we actually worked. Where I crossed over from operations into product thinking.
Formula Student race car
(DJS Racing)
Built and raced formula cars across three competitions in two countries (2014–2017).
Suppliers, sponsorships, carbon fibre, vehicle dynamics — my first real taste of building something big with a team.
Zarwani
A live e-commerce business for my wife's gift-wrapping and decorative-items brand, selling on Amazon and WhatsApp; now scaling to the US.
Vibe-coded the site myself. Building for one real, demanding customer (my wife) is its own kind of product school.
Best Look
A website for Best Look®, a women's western wear B2B wholesale brand running since 2008.
A first proper web presence for a business that had run on WhatsApp and word of mouth for over a decade.
Coming soonAI Day
An in-house AI day for our teams — hands-on sessions plus a team trivia quiz I built to make it stick.
Fuller outcome coming from Rahul.
Experiments with GPT-4 in Manufacturing
Fed CAD renders, drawings and assemblies to GPT-4 to see what it could infer — processes, BOMs, QC sheets.
Some spot-on, some wrong on tolerances. Early proof of where this was all heading.
Garba Go
A concept for a premium, skip-the-queue Navratri experience in Mumbai, inspired by DreamSetGo for sports. Vibe-coded on Lovable.
An idea I wanted to see on a screen — and now you can try it.
The Netflix Portfolio
My previous portfolio, built as a Netflix-style “Who's Watching?” site.
Fun, a bit too cute, and the reason this site exists. Kept because it shows I'll try anything once.
Coming soonThe autonomous Instagram page
An Instagram page that posts on its own, run entirely by AI agents with me out of the loop.
Name/handle and what it does coming from Rahul.
